Homemade-2 Ingredient- Gummies

Okay, these gummies are so easy I can make them anytime I want with very minimal cleanup and no prep. As long as I have fruit juice and gelatin on hand I’m ready to go!

To make these:

  1. Get out a 2-cup glass measuring cup.

  2. Pour 1 cup of fruit juice (this time I used some leftover apple juice) and pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water with the apple juice.

  4. Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of gelatin over the liquid, let it bloom for a moment until it turns clear and sticky.

  5. Stir, stir, stir. Use this as an excuse to build your patience while you stir until the gelatin dissolves.

  6. Pour into a glass container or use a dropper and mold if you have one.

  7. Let sit in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. Eat within 5 days (if they last that long!)
